We are a volunteer consortium of pro-union academic workers who have won some important fights for equity and inclusion, and are connecting with others who are looking for support or to join the #WEtoo movement. We hail from universities across the country, including the University of California system, the University of Washington, Columbia University, UCONN, and more. Together we share stories and research, outline problems and work towards making our workplaces more sustainable. We are taking direct action on and off campus in solidarity with other workers, pushing our employers and lawmakers for policy changes, and electing candidates that will be our champions in office.
